Fitness and Nutrition:
You Give, and They Give Back

I think a lot of people have a hard time understanding how rewarding working out and eating right can be.

You give, and they give back.

You give a little more, and you get back even more.

What if I told you that working out and making changes to your diet could make you feel better throughout the day and maybe even help you sleep better at night?

Fitness has so much more to offer than just improving your physical appearance or body composition.

(Better body comp is a total plus though!)

Apart from aesthetics, here are just a few benefits of a healthy diet and regular workout plan:

  • Stress management
  • Improved sleep quality
  • Improved digestion
  • Boosts energy and mental cognition

These are all HUGE benefits that really make an impact on how you feel throughout the day.

Ever feel like there’s days or weeks on end where you’re feeling overly tired no matter how much you’ve slept or how much caffeine you have?

Save yourself some money on coffee and energy drinks and put it towards an effective training program.

Stop fighting the symptoms and let’s attack the actual problem: you’re not moving (enough), and you’re not eating right to support that movement.

Working out and eating right is so much more than losing weight or looking good, and I think that if more people understood how much better they could feel, they’d be more willing to start.

Maybe it a program that’s fun and engaging, or maybe it’s one that allows you to really be competitive against yourself.

Whatever it is that gets you to stick to it, do that.

And keep doing it because like I said last week, the best plan is the one you can stick to.

So give a little.

Give a little, so I can show you how much working out and eating right gives back.

The results will speak for themselves, but the enjoyment you get out of it will be the cherry on top.

Hopefully the holiday season treated you and your loved ones well. Morgan Rebernik CPT, Online Coach December 29th, 2025 Keep Your Progress Going: Train Harder AND Smarter By Focusing on Recovery ↓ In order to make improvements in the gym, you have to consistently challenge yourself. In one way or another, you’re doing more. Sets and/or reps increase, weight increases, rest times decrease, etc. While doing more is important for progress, you have to be able to recover from it. Without proper recovery, you are: Increasing your risk for injury Limiting how...
