F is for Fitness but also for Fu...:

Fun. Fitness CAN and SHOULD be fun.

I think you and I can agree that doing things that are enjoyable is...enjoyable.

If you enjoy doing something, you’ll probably want to do it again.

But if something you’ve done either made you feel a certain way or just left a bad impression, the chances are that you probably won’t want to do it again.

This is often the case for fitness.

When you’re getting overwhelmed and feel like you’re ready to quit, a coach can help you understand why you’re feeling the way you are, and course correct as needed.

What went wrong in the past?

Were you bored?

Unmotivated?

Always felt like you were “doing it wrong?”

Chances are; you probably just never found something that was enjoyable for you.

Sometimes it’s having a few new exercises to try and learn.

Sometimes it’s having a fun circuit you can get competitive with.

But sometimes it simply comes down to having a good support system.

A coach can help you figure out how you’re motivated best and can challenge you where you’re at.

And when/if you start getting bored, a coach can provide variety in your programming to keep you engaged.

If you think about why working out didn’t work-out (ha-ha) in the past, a lot of those problems could probably be solved if you did the opposite of what you did then.

Find the fun.

You didn’t find enjoyment in fitness or working out in the past, so let’s find it now, together. I make fitness fun and enjoyable for my clients.

Morgan Rebernik CPT, Online Coach January 19th, 2026 Fitness and Nutrition: You Give, and They Give Back ↓ I think a lot of people have a hard time understanding how rewarding working out and eating right can be. You give, and they give back. You give a little more, and you get back even more. What if I told you that working out and making changes to your diet could make you feel better throughout the day and maybe even help you sleep better at night? Fitness has so much more to offer than...

Morgan Rebernik CPT, Online Coach January 12th, 2026 Results: The Best Way to Get Them, and What Makes for a Successful Plan or Program ↓ I figured since we’re 2 weeks into January, it’s a perfect time to talk about goals (or resolutions), and what makes for the best plan or program. The best plan is the one that you can stick to. There is no perfect program or plan that’s going to get you the results you’re looking for if it can’t be maintained, or if you’re not willing to track and record...

Morgan Rebernik CPT, Online Coach January 5th, 2026 Recovery: Understanding the Signs of Being Under-Recovered and Knowing When to Pull Back ↓ Happy New Year! Hopefully the holiday season treated you and your loved ones well. In my newsletter last week, I talked about the importance of being able to recover from the work you're putting into your training and how you may be slowing down your progress, increasing your risk for injury, and potentially limiting your efforts for upcoming sessions...
